Picture Perfect Window Cleaning

WORK PROFILE 3 months ago

The window cleaning service did a decent job overall, and the windows looked clean when they were finished. However, I was disappointed that the technicians did not wear shoe covers while working inside my home. I take great pride in keeping my home extremely clean, and because of that, I expect anyone providing service inside the house to wear protective shoe covers. This is a basic courtesy and, in my opinion, an important professional standard for any company entering customers' homes. While the quality of the window cleaning itself was satisfactory, the lack of attention to protecting my floors and maintaining the cleanliness of my home took away from the overall experience. I would recommend that the company make shoe covers a standard part of their service going forward.

I am happy with the work that was done but I do have a problem. When speaking to a person from the company to inquire about a price, I mentioned the fact that they were calling for rain would they wait for a clear day. I was told, “oh that won’t matter, we use Rain X in out cleaning solution so it will just bead off. So when gentlemen came to do windows I asked about it. I was told it’s water and a little dawn they use. Was I misled?? If so I’m not happy with that. I had told several others what I had been told on the phone about Rain X in solution! I will rate after I hear from company

THEY DON’T DO STORM WINDOWS. They come and look at your house and estimate you before scheduling, and they saw my front window is a storm window and failed to communicate that they don’t do them. I scheduled appointment for 3:30-4:30 p.m. they show up at 2:30 p.m. and canceled my appointment because I wasn’t home. I called and received no apology just that I wasn’t home so my appointment was canceled. I told them I have text confirmation for the time I needed to be home and they said they had a cancellation at 4 p.m. and could take us at that time. They didn’t show up until 5 p.m. and had no idea how to clean a storm window which they estimated prior to even scheduling. They said they don’t take storm windows a part to clean???? And all I wanted from this service was this window done. I wish if they didn’t do these type of windows they would tell you when they estimate you. They should say they don’t take care of that. I am very disappointed!!
